As part of networking and cooperation in regional and national committees, the Women's Center for Women's Issues sees itself as a lobbyist for the needs of women * and girls *. The aim of the cooperation with the various institutions and partners is to integrate women-relevant topics into the respective work of the groups, to represent the interests of women and girls and to strongly support women's interests in the context of gender equality policy do.

The development of the offers of the women's center Weiberwirtschaft and women's political work take place in cooperation with the users, visitors and volunteer women * of the center. The activity center of the Women's Center enables all girls * and women * to actively participate in the work, to realize their ideas and to discuss their interests and interests as well as to communicate. The participation of the individual target groups reflects their interests and needs and creates a woman-specific offer that involves the users of the Women's Center.

This includes:
- Open board meetings twice a month - Transparency of the association's work, bringing ideas and concerns
- Use of the premises for own projects, eg open day, singing lessons, yoga, therapeutic sessions, carving courses, writing and reading group, theater groups, cooking evenings etc.
-Workshops and further education, eg photo and drawing courses, courses on self-employment
